The Case:
This SItem Through Again YIS431 features a circular case that measures 42mm in diameter and is crafted out of stainless steel. The surfaces of the case have been treated to a combination of brushed and polished finishes. The fixed bezel has been polished, whilst the lugs and the crown at 3 o’clock have been treated to a brushed finish. Mineral glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering.
The Dial:
The dial is presented in silver with a skeletonised design, which reveals the inner workings of the watch. Silver baton-style hour markers form the 12-hour scale, they are interspersed by silver one-minute markers. A 60-second scale is presented in black on the dial’s chapter ring. The centre of the dial has been skeletonised, which provides the wearer with an insight into the watch’s mechanisms. A black baton-style handset extends out from the centre of the dial, the tips of the hands have been filled with a luminescent material which ensures that the dial can be read in the dark. The logo is presented in red beneath the 12 o’clock marker.
The Strap:
The strap is made out of rubber and it is presented in black. It is easily adjustable and it fastens through the use of a standard metal buckle.
The Functions:
This timepiece is powered by ’s Sistem 51 automatic movement, which takes its name from the 51 components which make up the movement. It offers a power reserve of 90 hours and a water resistance of 30 metres, which means that it should be exposed to anything more than light splashes of water.
