We don’t offer reservations, but you can join our “Back in Stock” list to be notified as soon as a model becomes available again.
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but you can arrange a return once received.
Yes. Our website updates in real time, so if it’s available to purchase, it’s in stock and ready to go.
Some limited-edition or new-release models may be available for pre-order. If so, you’ll see this option clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping
We ship throughout the UK and internationally, with some brand-specific restrictions (for example, Seiko watches can only be shipped within the UK and EU).
We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail (Tracked, Signed, or Special Delivery) and Amazon Logistics for certain orders.
Orders placed before 5 pm, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders shipped on Saturday. Orders after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, ship the next working day.
Yes, every parcel is fully insured until it reaches you.
Once an order has shipped, we can’t amend the delivery address. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
Customs clearance is managed locally and may take additional time. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
We offer Tracked 48, Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and Premium Sunday Delivery. Free delivery is included on qualifying orders.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guarantees arrival by the next working day. Other services are fast but not guaranteed.
Yes, Premium Sunday Delivery is available for £9.99. We also deliver on Saturday’s via Royal Mail.
Yes. For orders over £500, a signature is required and ID verification may be requested.
We can’t guarantee a set date, but you can select the most suitable shipping method at checkout.
Check your tracking first. If it’s overdue, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll investigate right away.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and can follow it’s journey.
Courier tracking may take a few hours to update after dispatch — especially during busy periods.
We’ll liaise directly with the courier to investigate. Lost parcels are confirmed after 14–21 working days, and a replacement or refund will then be processed.
Yes, for high-value parcels, courier-confirmed delivery proof is always available.
Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it’s unworn, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.

Return postage is covered if the item is faulty or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, customers cover postage.
Yes, you can exchange for another watch or opt for store credit.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return

Yes, every watch comes with the official manufacturer warranty, and some models include an extended WatchNation warranty.
