Seiko 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty

From Oct 1st 2024, Seiko has upgraded their manufacturer warranty to a 3-year period.

Enjoy peace of mind knowing your Seiko watch is covered by a valid manufacturer warranty. This warranty ensures repairs and replacements are covered according to Seiko’s policy, guaranteeing a higher level of protection for your investment. Seiko manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a 3-year period after purchase. This means that if your watch malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within three years, Seiko will repair or replace it free of charge.

What Does the New Warranty Cover?

Seiko’s new three-year warranty continues to cover the watch head (movement and case) as well as the metal bracelet, highlighting the brand’s commitment to quality and durability. Whether you’re looking for a sophisticated dress watch or a rugged dive watch, Seiko stands behind their craftsmanship and longevity.

And here’s an added bonus: if you’ve purchased a Seiko watch between July 1st, 2024, and September 30th, 2024, this enhanced warranty will retroactively apply to your watch too!

We know your order is important to you, so we use Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service on all UK orders.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which for an additional fee offers guaranteed delivery the next day before 1pm 0r 9am.

*Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services are 98% accurate but not guaranteed.

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 11am Saturday will also be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11am Saturday or on Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday.

At this time we are not operating during UK bank holidays, Orders received on bank holidays will be dispatched promptly the next working day.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. For accurate shipping rates, please add the item to your basket. Once you enter your shipping address, you will be offered all shipping options.

For the EU, EEA and the rest of the world, the total price you see in the checkout is only for the outbound Royal Mail / DHL Shipping cost. You will be contacted by Royal Mail / DHL regarding duties and taxies to be paid. Should you refuse the parcel and not pay the customs & duties charges dictated by DHL, there will be a refund deduction of the outbound shipping cost of your order, deducted from the order total.

On average, delivery to the EU will take between 3-5 working days and delivery to the rest of the world will take 5-7 working days.

Right of Return:

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to return goods to us within 14 days of receiving the item without the need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you can notify us of your intent to return the goods by completing the online returns form provided below or by contacting us at customerservices@watchnation.com. If you choose not to inform us via the form or email, it may cause delays in processing the return and affect the eligibility to receive a refund.

Change of Mind Returns:

We appreciate that you may change your mind once you receive the item and decide that it is not suitable for you. Therefore, we will accept the return of your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, provided you simply change your mind and the product is still in its brand new and unused condition.

You must check items for any signs of visual or mechanical defects & if the watch is suitable for you before removing tags/plastic etc.

You are entitled to try on your watch but do not carry out any alterations as this will affect your eligibility for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a full refund, you must ensure that the product you wish to return meets the criteria outlined in our returns and refund policy. The items must be returned in the condition they were supplied. The watch must be returned in new condition.

Specifically, your item(s) should be returned:

• In its original packaging
• With applicable protective stickers still intact
• With the security tag attached
• With the purchase receipt and warranty card
• In its original gift box
• Including any additional extras that were originally included, such as spare links, instruction manuals, etc.
• Including any gift with purchase (if relevant)
