The Case:
The refined silver stainless steel case has a mirror like appearance due its highly polished finish. A subtle knurled silver crown is present besides the 3 o’clock mark, while two push buttons sit either side of the crown, all in all the case measures at just 40.8mm in diameter. Plexiglass sits on top of the case to allow for peerless levels of resistance to any potential knocks and bumps. It has been treated with a SICRALAN coating to ensure for greater legibility and scratch resistance.
The Strap:
An unmissable brown leather strap with beautifully contrasting white stitching and a stainless steel pin buckle complements the design of the watch.
The Dial:
Beneath the convened glass is a striking sand coloured lacquer effect dial that is adorned with white Artdeco style Arabic numerals, which are a subtle nod to the watch’s 100 year heritage. The multi-tonal two step design of the dial is particularly encapsulating. The silver sword style hands have been feature a luminous substance to ensure optimal readability in the dark. Two sub-dials are present besides the 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock marker, display 30-minute and 60-minute readings.
The Functions:
Automatic self-winding J880.3 calibre movement provides this watch with a power reserve of 42 hours, while also guaranteeing optimal levels of accuracy. This model has a water resistance of 30 metres making it suitable for light splashes.
