Diese Uhr stammt aus der Presage Cocktail Time Kollektion, deren Uhren von der japanischen Cocktailkultur in Tokios elegantem Ginza-Viertel inspiriert sind und jeweils nach einem bestimmten Cocktail benannt sind.
Dieses spezielle Design ist nach dem Cocktail „The Red Brick“ benannt und bietet eine moderne Interpretation des klassischen Skelettstils. Die satte, abgestufte Zifferblattfarbe soll das schimmernde Licht auf der Oberfläche des Cocktails darstellen, wenn er sich nach dem sorgfältigen Mischen auf der Bar absetzt.
In Japan ist traditionell die „Nommunication Hour“ – eine Mischung aus Nomu (Trinken) und Kommunikation – nach 17 Uhr, wenn Cocktailstunde ist und Zeit, Dinge zu besprechen. Die Seiko Presage Cocktail Time Kollektion wurde von dieser japanischen Tradition inspiriert, den Arbeitstag mit einem Cocktail und einem Gespräch ausklingen zu lassen – wobei jede Uhr nach Drinks benannt ist, die von Hisashi Kishi, dem Chef-Barkeeper und Inhaber der Star Bar im Ginza-Viertel von Tokio und ehemaliger Gewinner der International Bar Association World Championships, gemixt wurden.

Das Gehäuse:
Die Seiko Presage Cocktail Time Star Bar „Red Brick“ ist in einem runden Edelstahlgehäuse mit einem Durchmesser von 40,5 mm untergebracht. Das Gehäuse entspricht den Designcodes einer klassischen Dresswatch. Mit seinem schlichten und eleganten Design, das durch seine polierte Oberfläche akzentuiert wird. Es verfügt über eine feste Lünette, kurze, gekrümmte Bandanstöße und eine Push/Pull-Krone bei 3 Uhr. Das Gehäuse ist mit Hardlex-Kristallglas ausgestattet.
Das Zifferblatt:
Das einzigartig gestaltete rote Zifferblatt ist von der japanischen Cocktailkultur im eleganten Ginza-Viertel von Tokio inspiriert. Das strukturierte Design des „Red Brick“ ist speziell von der Oberfläche des Cocktails und dem schimmernden Licht, das sich darauf spiegelt, inspiriert, wenn er sich nach dem sorgfältigen Mischen auf der Bar absetzt. Das Zifferblatt zeigt auch ein teilweise skelettiertes Design, das die komplexe Innenseite der Uhr enthüllt. Es zeigt auch goldene, applizierte dolchförmige Stundenmarkierungen und ein elegantes Dauphine-Zeigersatz. Das Seiko-Logo befindet sich neben dem 3-Uhr-Marker.
Das Armband:
Die Uhr wird an einem geschmackvollen schwarzen Lederarmband mit seitlicher Naht präsentiert. Sie wird mit einer Standardschnalle aus Edelstahl befestigt.
Die Funktionen:
Die SSA457J1 wird von Seikos mechanischem Automatikwerk Kaliber 4R72 angetrieben, das eine Gangreserve von 45 Stunden bietet. Sie ist wasserdicht bis 50 Meter, was bedeutet, dass sie beim Schwimmen in flachem Wasser getragen werden kann. Sie ist auf nur 5000 Stück weltweit limitiert.
