Important Update: Changes to Orient Watch Production and Product Codes
Thank you for your recent purchase! We would like to inform you of some important updates regarding your Orient watch. Orient has recently transitioned its global production facility from Japan to Thailand. As a result, you may notice a change in the product codes— for example, from 10b to 30b.
We want to assure you that, while the final assembly now takes place in Thailand, the watch movements are still expertly crafted in Japan to maintain the high-quality standards you expect from Orient. This transition to Thailand is aimed at improving production efficiency while ensuring reliability.
During this changeover, you might notice slight variations in product listing images and product codes. Additionally, the back of the watch case will now feature "Made in Thailand" instead of "Made in Japan." Please note that the old product codes have been discontinued and are no longer available. We are working with Amazon and Orient to ensure these updates are reflected in the product listings.
