Pre-Release & Reservation Policy

Some watches may be available to reserve before they are released, arrive into stock, or become available for dispatch. To secure a reservation, WatchNation may ask for a 10% reservation payment.

This reservation payment allows us to hold your allocation, reserve the watch for you, and begin processing the order.

Cancelling your reservation

If you cancel your reservation before the watch is released, arrives into stock, or is dispatched, we will review the status of your order.

Where WatchNation has not incurred any costs or losses, your reservation payment will be refunded in full.

Where we have already incurred costs, committed to stock, held an allocation, removed the watch from sale, or lost the opportunity to sell the watch to another customer, we may retain a reasonable amount from your reservation payment.

The amount retained will not exceed your 10% reservation payment.

When your reservation payment will be refunded in full

Your reservation payment will be refunded in full if:

• WatchNation cannot supply the watch.
• The release is cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier.
• We cancel your reservation.
• We have not incurred costs or losses connected with your cancellation.
• You exercise a statutory right to cancel where that right applies.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. For standard online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods.
