James Bond x Swatch Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over and it is available to all people worldwide. 
2. Employees of Watchnation (Watchnation) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Those who enter into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 
4. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Watchnation containing offers and updates that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
5. To enter the Prize Draw you must purchase a Swatch watch from our website, you must also sign up to the competition by clicking ‘yes’ when prompted in the checkout area. Those people who attempt to enter the Prize Draw by ticking ‘yes’, when they have not purchased a Swatch watch, will not be eligible to enter to draw.  
6. There is no maximum number of entries per person, each Swatch watch purchased counts as an entry. However, there will only be a maximum of 1000 entrants for the competition
7. Watchnation accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 
8. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on the 5th May 2020.  Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. Watchnation reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time.
9. The winner of the main prize will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on the 28th May 2020 
10. The winner will receive a James Bond Swatch Q Watch and a James Bond Prestige Stamp Book, as displayed on the watchnation.com website. 
11. Watchnation accepts responsibility for any initial shipping costs of the main prize. 
12. The name and country of the winner can be obtained after the 28th of May 2020.
13. The main prize winner will be notified by email, telephone or post. They must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Watchnation within 14 days of being notified by Watchnation, then the winner prize will be forfeited and Watchnation shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Watchnation shall be entitled to select another winner. 
14. The 2nd to 10th place runners up who are drawn will receive a full refund relating to the specific Swatch watch they purchased to enter the competition. They will be notified by email, telephone or post. If a winner rejects their prize, the entry is invalid, or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Watchnation shall be entitled to select another winner. 
15. Watchnation shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 12 above. 
16. Watchnation accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Watchnation further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Watchnation for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
18. The winners will be required to take part in promotional and social media activity related to the Prize Draw and the winners shall participate in such activity on Watchnation's reasonable request. These requests will be communicated to the winners following the Prize Draw on the 28th of May
19. Watchnation remains the right to trigger a competition extension clause, as a consequence of the ongoing and ever changing situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, or in the event of any other unforeseen exceptional circumstances. 
20. Watchnation shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation.
21. The Terms and Conditions of this completion supersede any of Watchnation’s standard Terms and Conditions of sale. In line with distant selling laws the customer has 14 days after purchase of their watch to return it. This is a variation of Watchnation’s standard 30 day return window. Any returned or refunded Swatch purchases will have their Prize Draw entry nullified.
22. The information you provide here will be safeguarded under the GDPR legislation and controlled by Watchnation.
23. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
