Die Seiko Speedtimer SRQ037J1 ist eine Hommage an die Seiko Stoppuhr von 1964, die in Verbindung mit den Olympischen Spielen 1936 in Tokio veröffentlicht wurde, bei denen Seiko der offizielle Zeitnehmer war. Sie ist auf nur 1000 Stück weltweit limitiert.
Das Gehäuse:
Die Uhr verfügt über ein kreisrundes Gehäuse mit einem Durchmesser von 42,5 mm, das aus gebürstetem Edelstahl gefertigt ist. Sie weist eine Krone bei 3 Uhr und zwei Drücker auf, die sich beidseitig davon bei 2 und 4 Uhr befinden. Die Drücker ermöglichen es dem Träger, die beiden Hilfszifferblätter zu bedienen. Das Gehäuse zeigt auch eine feste Lünette und kurze, kantige Bandanstöße. Gewölbtes Saphirglas bietet der Uhr optimalen Schutz vor Kratzern und Bruch. Das Glas wurde auf der Innenseite mit einer Antireflexbeschichtung versehen, die sicherstellt, dass das Zifferblatt immer lesbar bleibt. Der Gehäuseboden ist verschraubt und verfügt über ein Sichtfenster sowie die eingravierte Seriennummer der limitierten Auflage.
Das Zifferblatt:
Das Zifferblatt ist in Schwarz gehalten und ist eine Hommage an das Design der Seiko Stoppuhr von 1964. Die Stundenmarkierungen sind mit silbernen Stabindexen stilisiert, die von einer 60-Sekunden-Skala unterbrochen werden. Eine schwarze Tachymeterskala befindet sich auf dem Rehaut des Zifferblatts, die auch zur Messung von Zeiten und Entfernungen verwendet werden kann. In der Mitte des Zifferblatts befinden sich zwei Hilfszifferblätter, die einen 60-Sekunden- und einen 30-Sekunden-Timer anzeigen. Ein silbernes Dauphine-Zeigerwerk wurde mit Leuchtmaterial gefüllt, wodurch das Zifferblatt auch im Dunkeln ablesbar ist. Ein Datumsfenster befindet sich oberhalb der 6-Uhr-Markierung.
Das Armband:
Die Uhr wird an einem klassischen 3-gliedrigen Oyster-Armband aus gebürstetem Edelstahl geliefert. Das Armband wird mit einer dreifachen Faltschließe mit Druckknopfverschluss befestigt.
Die Funktionen:
Diese Uhr wird von einem automatischen Uhrwerk des Kalibers Seiko 8R46 angetrieben, das eine Genauigkeit von +25/-15 Sekunden pro Tag bietet. Sie ist wasserdicht bis 100 Meter, was bedeutet, dass sie beim Schnorcheln getragen werden kann.

UK orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.

For DAP shipments, if local import charges, taxes, duties or courier fees are not paid, or if delivery is refused, the parcel may be returned to us.
In this case, we will refund your order minus:

- Any customs, duty, tax or clearance fees billed to us by the courier
