UK orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.

We are not open during UK bank holidays. Orders received on bank holidays will be dispatched promptly the next working day.

• Any customs, duty, tax or clearance fees billed to us by the courier
