The Engineer III Snoopy Flying Ace brings Snoopy's aviation-themed persona into BALL's mechanical watch collection. The matte blue dial provides a backdrop for the luminous display, while a three-dimensional Snoopy Flying Ace design occupies the recessed subsidiary seconds register at 6 o'clock. Woodstock appears at the tip of the seconds hand, completing the Peanuts-inspired theme. The bronze case develops a natural patina over time, giving its appearance an evolving character.
Blue Dial with Snoopy Flying Ace Design
The blue dial features an analogue display with hours, minutes, subsidiary seconds and a date window. Applied baton-shaped luminous markers and slimmer luminous tubes on the hands provide illumination in low-light conditions through BALL's self-powered micro gas tube technology. Snoopy appears in a three-dimensional display at 6 o'clock, highlighted with white Super-LumiNova, while Woodstock accompanies the seconds hand.
Automatic BALL RR1105 Movement
The BALL RR1105 automatic calibre powers the hours, minutes, subsidiary seconds and date functions, with a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The movement provides shock resistance rated to 5,000 Gs and anti-magnetic protection of 4,800 A/m. These technical features combine mechanical timekeeping with resistance to external influences encountered during everyday wear.
Bronze Case and Brown Calf Leather Strap
The 43mm round case is crafted from brushed bronze and measures 13.5mm in height, with a lug-to-lug length of approximately 50mm and a lug width of 21mm. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the screwed-in crown and transparent case back, constructed from sapphire crystal and titanium, complete the design. Water resistance is rated at 100 metres. The brown calf leather strap fastens with a pin buckle, complementing the blue dial and bronze case.
