The Case:
The Seiko Prospex 'King Turtle' SRPE05K1 case measures 45mm in diameter and is made from silicone The watch's nickname derives from its cushion style diver's case and its similarity to the shell of a turtle. An oversized screw down crown is present besides the 4 o’clock mark.
What differentiates the 'King Turtle' from the normal 'Turtle' is the addition of a unidirectional bezel. The bezel is presented in silver and it displays a 60-minute scale.
The Dial:
The green dial features a deeply pressed squared pattern design, which gives the watch a textured appearance. The simplistic layout of the dial ensures optimum legibility and avoids the risk of any complications. The dial consists of bold hour markers and an equally bold handset. A pointed seconds hand also ensures that the time is always accurately displayed. Additional useful features present on the dial include a cyclops day-date window that replaces the 3 o’clock marker and 60-minute scale chapter ring. The Seiko logo is presented in white beneath the 12 o’clock marker.
The Strap:
The accordion-style silicone strap combines high durability and comfort. It has been carefully designed by Seiko to expand and contract to fit over a diver’s wrist at different depths while diving. This accordion-style strap dates back to 1975. It is secured with a standard buckle that is etched with the Seiko logo.
The Functions:
With a 4R36 automatic calibre with up to 41 hours power reserve, the Seiko Prospex SRPE05K1 is a reliable watch. Consider the 200m water resistance and stop second hand function and it becomes clear that Seiko has created a functionally excellent timepiece.

UK orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.

If Import Charges Are Not Paid
For DAP shipments, if local import charges, taxes, duties or courier fees are not paid, or if delivery is refused, the parcel may be returned to us.
In this case, we will refund your order minus:
- The original outbound shipping cost
- Any return shipping fees charged to us
- Any customs, duty, tax or clearance fees billed to us by the courier
