Victorinox Swiss Army FieldForce Chronograph Brown Leather Blue Dial Quartz Men’s Watch 241854

This Victorinox Swiss Army FieldForce Chronograph Brown Leather Blue Dial Quartz Men’s Watch 241854 is a sporty, serious and masculine timepiece that thrives in any situation. Replacing the 12 o’clock index is the ever present Victorinox Swiss Army logo to bring out the serious side of the watch. There are three chronographs on the dial which is in such a formation that it resembles a panda’s face, earning the nickname ‘panda dial’. The chronographs are used to measure time seperately, which in addition to the tachymeter brings out the sporty side to the timepiece. Furthermore, a date window can be found replacing the 6 o’clock index. The indexes and hands, of which are powered by a quartz Ronda 5030.D movement, are coated in Super-LumiNova for easy day and night readability. Protecting the dial is a stainless steel case with the diameter of 42mm, bringing out the last feature of this timepiece, masculinity. A stitched brown leather strap then sits comfortably around your wrist by fastening a standard buckle.

This watch has a water resistance of 100 metres, making it suitable for swimming and snorkelling.

It’s all about readability in any conditions, with bold, distinct numerals and generously sized hands enchanced with Super-LumiNova. And it’s not only the features that are distinct. This range exudes a confident, classic style all of its own, without forgetting its Swiss Army Knife heritage. Distinction is in its DNA.

The Brand: Victorinox

Victorinox Swiss Army is defined by the spirit of innovation and sustainability. Responsibly meeting the needs of the present – and ensuring that future generations will be able to meet theirs – requires innovative thinking of an unprecedented scale. Robustness, durability and quality are the key requests. The brand first came to fruition in 1884 when Karl Elsener opened a cutlery workshop in Ibach, with the support of his mother Victoria. The union is founded with the company supplying soldiers knives, which would later be famously known as the Swiss army knife. Following the death of his mother the brand became known as Victorinox, combining his mothers name and the word ‘inox’, an abbreviation for the French word inoxydable or stainless. In 1989 the brand first launched its first watch collection produced in Biel, Switzerland. Today, the brand is built upon four key values; quality, functionality, innovation & iconic design.
