The characteristic, logical layout of the dial is just one example of this design icon. And in order to not “forget the time”, the watch is wound automatically from energy generated by the wearer. The choice of the textile strap and white dial adds a clean modern style to the watch.

The Case:
The white dial is housed inside a silver stainless steel case. The crown, of which can be seen at the 3 o’clock position, then can be pulled out to adjust the time. All in all, the case measures at a diameter of 38mm which complements the sleek height of just 10mm. Sat inline with the case is plexiglass which allows for both a clear view and a resistance to any potential knocks and bumps.
The Strap:
The beautiful textile strap complements the white dial and case well, making for a stylish addition to your wrist. Recycled PET bottles make up the strap which harks back to Junghans natural influences to their designs. The strap can be easily fastened using a stainless steel buckle according to your size and taste.
The Dial:
The dial features a matte white finish design. Grey index line markers are seen displaying the seconds around the edge of the dial to keep a simplistic design. Sat just below the 12 o’clock index is the ever present Junghans logo. Both the hands and each three hour index marker features a environmentally friendly luminous coating, allowing for easy visibility at night.
The Functions:
The steel hands are powered by a automatic movement, which is achieved by the natural notion of the wrist. The module in particular used is J800.1 which is known for its long life of 38 hours and reliability. The watch has a water resistance of 30 metres, making it suitable for light splashes.
As an additional option the glass can be retrofitted with sapphire crystal which is known for its resilient and clear properties.

It's important that your watch fits your wrist comfortably and looks great at the same time.
Leather strap watches tend to fit without a problem for most wearers. However, watches fitted with metal bracelets often need adjusting to get the perfect fit.
This is generally a very simple procedure. We can do this for you, or you can get the watch adjusted locally.
Option 1. Specify your wrist measurement and we will adjust it before being sent
When purchasing a watch which has a metal bracelet with adjustable links, we will gladly adjust the watch bracelet to fit your wrist before sending the watch to you - free of charge!
Simply type your wrist measurement (in inches or centimetres) into the bracelet size section of the checkout and we will ensure the watch bracelet is adjusted accordingly before being sent to you. We will include all the surplus links, with the watch.
How to measure your wrist
You can measure your wrist with a piece of string which you can measure against a ruler:
You should allow about half a centimetre (1/4 inch) of slack to prevent it being too tight on your wrist.
In the event of you needing an extra-long wrist bracelet, which requires an extension to the original watch, we must obtain extra links from the manufacturer, and in this event, we will contact you to inform you of any possible delays or applicable charges.
Watches with bracelets adjusted by WatchNation are still eligible under our refund policy.
Option 2. Buy the watch online from WatchNation and have it adjusted locally
If you wish, you can have it adjusted locally by another jeweller or key cutter. However, you will have to cover the cost of this option yourself.
