Price Match Guarantee

We strive to ensure that our prices are the lowest you will find online.  However, in the case where you have found the exact same item at a lower price available from another seller and the price is found to be valid, we will offer you the opportunity to purchase the item from WatchNation. If the price match is successful, you will receive an email containing a discount code to enter at check out against the purchase of the watch.

How to submit a price match request:
To submit a price match request; send an email with the details of the watch, link to the online seller’s website and price to: customerservices@watchnation.com. Will will aim to verify this and respond within 24 hours of receipt of your request.

Terms and Conditions of a Price Match;
We will only price match with UK based sites and UK dealers. Purchasing from international sites may mean that you incur customs duty and import tax on top of the purchase price for the watch. We only price match with other official watch dealers. We do not price match with ebay listings, pre owned goods or grey market imports. We do not price match to clearance or liquidation sales. Whilst we endeavour to offer you the best possible price, we reserve the right to refuse any price match request for any reason.
